Bluebird!... Visibility for miles and miles, light and fluffy up top, heavy soft pack below the tree line. High winds, rising temps, and fresh 8-12 inches last night made the Avalanche Danger level 4. Access to upper territories didn't happen till 1:30-2pm after artillery bombing complete. Great...

The snow is great at the top. The bottom half is a little mash potato. Overall fantastic. So much snow. No bare spots. Weather is warm. Perfect

Conditions on Sunday, August 25th: hard packed, scratchy surface with slight cover on groomed trails. Local reported that there had been no significant snow since preseason dump in May.

A bit icy a few days ago at the top but overall fun conditions for my first time here. We got about 6 inches overnight last night which has been fun despite the low visibility today.

Snow is pretty firm from the wind, but a few spots have good deposits. Some lifts went on wind hold early in the day.
