A ski resort's overall star rating displayed here is not calculated based on a simple average but takes several factors, including the age of a review, into account.
Their prices are way too high for the quality. The food is mediocre at best. The staff are lovely but clearly overworked and miserable.

Great mountain with loads of potential.
Charging Too Much
Not enough bang for the buck. Cost too much for what you get. Like a 2 star hotel charging 5 star rates. Overall good mountain when the groomers are working, lift is operating, power is not out and road is kept up. Great snow but that is a weather thing.

Nothing wrong with this mountain.
Someone said in a previous review they have limited terrain... compared to where? It’s a fairly large area.. buddy obviously can’t explore.

What a great mtn to ride on. There are enough runs to satisfy all rider levels.Lots of black and blue runs and I think 3 green runs. Our age group runs from 3 to 70 and we all have a blast.
Don't worry of finding your kids because all runs lead towards the lodge on the easier runs.
When busy the bar is small, would be nice if bigger.
As far as snow it is just as good as the other local MTNS. If they're icey it is icey here too.lol But today was fantastic.

Snow has its seasons!! By far the best snow. Love the mountain and location. Just wish you guys had a bigger bar!

Sasquatch (formerly Hemlock) is a nice little mountain. Every week they have deals where you can ski for only $20. The lodge is small but has a big cafeteria where you are allowed to bring your own food. The lounge/bar is nice with big windows and a fireplace, and kids are welcome until 8pm in the lounge. The Mountain is not very big, but has a lot of ungroomed terrain with sparse trees, so on powder days it's great. Half the hill is black diamond terrain, the rest is a mix of greens and blues, so if you like steep runs in the trees, it's a good option.
It is a small hill, so each run is short, but the lines are short so you can still get a lot of runs in each day. The only downside is the old infrastructure, so sometimes one chair won't be running, or the bathrooms etc look a bit dated. Also the road up the hill is terrible. But that should all hopefully be improving as a large investor is pumping money into the resort over the next few years.

A worn out Ski area with limited terrain. Poor snow conditions.
Good value for families with kids learning on Friday nights.
