1/28 Saturday night snowboarding fun! For the winter we have had Southington is pulling miracles out of these snow blowing machines. Great job crew! Keep blowing!

Despite the rain today and temperature drop, Mount Southington had pretty much no ice. The snow was not that slushy as well, all lifts and hills are open. Loved night skiing there and it was a great time!

Beautiful day of skiing on December 30th…sunny and 61 degrees yet snow was was reasonably good. Even though it’s holiday week, Thunderbolt lift did not have long lines in early afternoon. Had a very nice afternoon of skiing on 1/14/22 the Friday before MLK weekend. Snow conditions were very good and nearly all trails and lifts were open…. With no lift lines. Worth it for night ski right now. Was there last week for beginning of season, snow was more ski-able than Mt Snow if you can believe it. No ice, couple runs open and few features setup on Stardust for park guys while we wait for real snow.

Feb 16: Fun day at Mt Southington, short to no lift lines, very little wind and sun made for a great day. Sun warmed up the slopes and loosened everything up which made all the difference.
