Snow Reporter Comments: Opening Day Update: We’ve made the tough call to push our target Opening Day to November 28 due to current conditions. Although we had a few dustings of snow in October, lately we’ve had plenty of rain with overnight lows hovering in the 40s. Snowmaking requires sustained temperatures in the upper teens and low relative humidity, and we have yet to see that come through the region. Please keep an eye on our website as we get closer to November 28. Couple of important deals, dates, and reminders: Read Tom Chasse's blog.Deals: Head over to our Deals & Packages page for all the different ways to save including lodging, lift tickets and season passes.  Safety: Now is the time to brush up on winter safety tips including Skier's Responsibility Code and winter policies.
