Snow Reporter Comments: Noon Update: Our morning sunshine has been replaced by high clouds mountain wide. The snow is still soft as we hover right around freezing at the village level. Looks like some changing weather rolls in tonight and through the weekend - think cold thoughts! Either way, we'll kick off our final weekend of twilight skiing/riding tonight until 7pm. 9 AM Update: the bell has rung and we are off. Some high clouds are rolling through with sunshine as well. Pend Oreille was a great first lap and excited for more!7 AM Update:  Bright, clear morning with temperatures hovering right at freezing.  Current conditions should hold steady all day, so grab your sunscreen-ready confidence and those dark lenses–perfect for crisp, glare-free turns from top to bottom.  See you on the hill for a fresh, sun-smart start!3/06 AM Update: Yesterday's afternoon storm dropped an unexpected punch, with about an inch of fresh snow in the village and a little more up higher, I found some playful pockets to ride in around Sunnyside, as well as, in the South Bowl. Today feels like a lively bridge into the weekend with a mix of sun-breaks and lingering fluff, and the forecast keeps the snow level hovering around 5,000-5,600 feet – perfect excuse to rally those snow rituals and nudge the level a touch lower for more powder.  Looking ahead to next week, solid powder days are on the horizon, so keep those skies crossed for a big dump.  And don't forget – this is the last weekend for twilight skiing, so come ride under the lights one final time and savor the glow.  Let's chase the stashes, carve the cords, and make the most of this Friday on the hill. – Snowvangelist ScottCedar Park, T-bar and Sunnyside will be closed today.  What's going on this week?Last chance for Twilight Skiing is this weekend March 6-7.   Cat Skiing with Schweitzer Backcountry Adventures is available this weekend! - book online todayThe popup pocket park will remain open this week in front of the Rowdy Grouse for all you rail riders.
