A ski resort's overall star rating displayed here is not calculated based on a simple average but takes several factors, including the age of a review, into account.
I needed my skis adjusted and I had left my wallet in the car. Dino was very nice and helped me out. Not only was he nice for helping me, he had a great sense of humor as well.

I skied with my 6 year old grandson on Saturday Feb 2. He is a newbie and 2nd time out and i wanted to commend the lift operator working the rope tow. He gave special attention to him taking the lift up. Thanks are in order and I am extremely grateful. We'll be back soon

We got our first season passes for the 2018-2019 season after it reopened. Great snow making. Nice facilities. Very family and budget friendly. Lots of fun! I highly recommend.

This mountain is close to us (1 hour drive from CT), so we bought passes this year. Definitely a family and budget friendly place. I think less than half the mountain has snow making, so the conditions and number of trails can vary.

Snow was great very deep powder be careful of hidden logs in the tree section very far lift is closed kinda a bummer but can still reach from middle lift, worth every dollar spent which was not much at all 120 for all day lift and all day rental for 2

Honestly, i'm a little biased because I grew up in Vermont with Killington, Pico, and Okemo. The resort is very family friendly, and the terrain is good for beginners. The lodge needs updating as well as the lift systems. Snow here is hit or miss. Most of the time, it is a miss, unless it has just stormed. The value is great, but you get what you pay for: Quick, limited runs. The schedule in early season is also very wonky, open one day, closed the next, then strictly night riding, etc. Call ahead of time if you plan to visit.

The BEST ski instruction in the area, bar none. I have learned more from 1 lesson here than lessons at other local ski areas. This is a group that loves to ski and doesn't need fancy surroundings, just a cozy, family friendly warmth and a snowy mountain.

Blandford Ski Area has been around for such a long time for a reason. There is a very welcoming feeling when you walk into the lodge. It's a very cozy and fun environment. When you head out onto the slopes you are met with some of the best groomed terrain in the northeast. The staff are friendly and skiing is good. Come on up for a few runs. You won't regret it.

We have seasons passes for the 5 of us and go every Saturday and Sunday. Our passes are only good for day so we've never experienced night skiing there. My son just joined the ski team this year. We live 40 minutes away in Chicopee which isn't bad considering a 2+ hour ride to VT. You have to get there by 930a on weekends in order to get a decent parking spot. Hopefully they smoothened out the parking lot for the 2010/2011 season. It was getting a little bumpy. Prices aren't bad for lunch but we usually pack our own and eat early to beat the rush in the lodges. BYOB since there is no bar which is not a big deal. for us. There are a lot of theme days going on but are usually week days or late on weekends that we can't attend but is great for the locals :)
The kids can explore the mountain without getting lost. Just the perfect size for a young family to learn.
