Windham Mountain Club is an excellent summer destination as well, offering premium resort stays with access to membership dining, and a variety of outdoor adventures including hiking, guided mountain biking, clay shooting, horseback riding, guided fly fishing, and kids&rsquo; adventures. </span></p>
<p><strong>Where Is Windham Mountain Club Located? </strong></p>
<p><span>Windham Mountain Club is located one hour away from Albany, New York, and about two hours from New York City. If you wish to travel by train, Amtrak runs between New York&rsquo;s Penn Station and Hudson, New York, which is a 40-minute drive to Windham Mountain and local car rental options are available.</span></p>

<p><span>The Winwood Inn and Condos is located approximately one mile from the base of Windham Mountain Club. There is also ski-in, ski-out lodging available at Whisper Creek, which is located slopeside at the mountain.</span></p>

<p>Featuring 97% snowmaking, Windham Mountain Club offers 54 trails spread across 285 acres of skiable terrain that&rsquo;s accessed via 11 lifts. Windham Mountain Club&rsquo;s summit elevation of 3,100 feet (base elevation 1,500 feet) provides 1,600 feet of vertical. Freestylers of all abilities can take advantage of six terrain parks. Beginners should head straight for the Mini Park on Lower Wraparound and Whistler Park on Lower Whistler with their smaller, more accessible features. Intermediates can practice their skills at Whirlwind and Warpath Parks.</p>

<p><span>Tuning and repair services are available in The Shop located in the lodge. Lessons and programs are available for skiers of all levels and ages. Half-Day, Full-Day, and Two Hour private lessons are available for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels, as well as group lessons, and Windham Mountain Kids programming with Half-Day and Full-Day options for children ages 3 to 12. Snow tubing is available at the Tubing Park, located a quarter of a mile down the road on South Street.</span></p>
