The foot plus over the last 2 days has made it feel like winter finally. Real snow packed everywhere and still stashes throughout the trees.

After a night of snow, there is some fresh powder to enjoy in the first few hours but it gets quickly turned into bumps or scratched off towards noon due to the high temperature. Will be quite bad condition in the afternoon.

Slopes are covered but pretty icy. Then when enough people ski on them the snow piles up like sugar, when it warms up it gets real heavy. Friday was sunny so softened everything up, Saturday was icy then started a rain snow mix.

Low coverage on many areas and exposed ground and grass, especially at the base, if there is snow they are very wet and heavy. Very windy at the summit, wet and icy and bumpy after 12pm, highly don't recommend the ungroomed black runs as they can be completely ice moguls.
