Waited an hour to get in the bluebird. Trails were very crowded and not nearly worth the money. Seems like they often close lifts due to high winds as well. Would not recommend on the weekend.
Nice terrain park
Very crowded and overpriced

175$ for a day pass, and you might get 5 runs in if your lucky on the weekend. 30-45min wait for the bluebird. Often close lifts due to high winds. Vail resort so it offers terrible deals and discounts even if your an epic pass owner. I used a SWAF pass and it changed the price from 175$ to 170$, that’s not a discount it’s an insult. Vail has to do better.
Good terrain park and nice blue bird lift that offers wind protection.
Overpriced, overcrowded.

Horrible parking lot management on the weekends makes it a miserable experience. I’ve watched it get worse every year for over a decade now. Good on weekdays, but I’ll go literally anywhere else on the weekend.

I bought tickets for the tubing park as a Christmas gift--the morning we were supposed to go we woke up and see that it is 45 degrees and raining on the mountain. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone, chat and email trying to find some answers and to see if we could change the date. Customer service was terrible and rude (and not located in the same state--maybe not the same country?). In 2024--there is no reason why a reservation shouldn't be able to be updated online like any other dining or hotel reservation--I mean I was able to book it online--why can't I change it online? The answer is simple--it's more important to be able to collect the money up front than to have to provide true customer service to your "guests".
was excited about tubing park for non-skiers
terrible customer service

The skiing was great. Lunch costs a fortune. Hopefully they get more snow in 2024-25.

Everything is so expensive.

I skied down an open run today and nearly broke my neck. Just below a bump in the middle of the run was large hole, about 4 feet wide and 3 feet deep. Upon hitting the unmarked hole I was immediately ejected from both skis and landed with full force on my head. I have never in my life had such a bad fall. Both my neck and spine were injured. I was not able to ski any more runs that day. It is absolutely unacceptable for a ski resort to have no warning of danger on an open ski trail. The ski patrol at this resort do not do their job in keeping the runs safe for skiers.
not crowded during the week
Never saw one ski patrol during my 2 days skiing there.

Love going to Mt Snow. Absolutely best mountain in Vermont. Have visited many ski areas in Vermont and feel this is the best one. ALL they have to do is open up all the lifts every day and open up Ripcord a lot. It's never open. Double diamond that is fun. Hopefully Vail won't screw it up with high costs.
Love that lifts go up to the top from the bottom.
Should open more lifts and open up double diamond ripcord all the time.

Was told Mt Snow no longer honors the military/veteran lift ticket policy stated on their website. Travis Gearhart(ticket window manager) informed the stated policy is no longer in effect and will not be honored as it is written on the website. This is strange because it has been honored the last three years I have come to my snow.
Confused as to why they no longer honor the military/veteran lift ticket policy

Trails are well groomed. Affordability for families. Plenty of trail options for all abilities. Will definitely vacation here again.
Great for families lots of trail options. Lift lines move quickly. Affordable.
Have to pay for parking

I've skied Mount Snow for years and consider it my go-to Vermont ski resort...especially nice that with it only being an 80-minute drive from my MA home, it's always a pleasurable day trip. I took my young, beginner grandson to Snow yesterday (March 2022). This is his first season on the slopes and only his second experience after 2 1/2 days at Stowe back in January. He ended up in an almost-private lesson with just two other kids. The weekday ski school experience was magical. Ms. Stevie helped get him booted up and out on the flat slope in no time, and then Mr. Will took over, used more patience than any human should possess, and got the little guy on his way. After lunch, he and I skied the kiddie Green and rode the kiddie Chair for a couple of hours. Thank you, Stevie and Will, for your enthusiasm and dedication to getting little kids off on the right foot here in the Green Mountains!
Friendly staff, especially friendly instructor team
2021-22 was a little tough as far as maintaining great snow conditions...blaming Mother Nature more than Vail Resorts for that
