Yesterday was great, but a lot colder today and many lifts are closed- apparently due to wind. Snow pretty decent still today.

100% powder in the trees, waist deep. Powder on-top of a great base on the open trails. Best snow day ever!!

Good snow on the quad all morning especially on edges. But gondola runs super icy, especially for snowboarders.

Incredible overcrowding. Yesterday was fine but maybe 2 or 3 times as many people today. I now see where the horror stories of how overcrowded Stowe is come from. They need to implement a pre reservation system like some super busy Utah resorts to limit the crowds.

Decent conditions for mid January. Lots of people but lifts not top crowded. Still plenty of free parking st cross country skiing parking lot.

Top of the gondola was good, carving snow, halfway down got icy. Some trails better than others just got to look around
