Snow Reporter Comments: Saturday, February 14, 2026Good Day,We've picked up 4 inches of new snow, and it's still snowing lightly this morning. Fingers crossed it keeps stacking up over the next week. This weekend, the best turns will be at Summit West. The Grooming Team has been out laying down fresh corduroy where possible, and those early morning laps with a touch of new snow on top should feel especially nice. You'll find the most consistent riding on groomed runs and in areas that have seen higher traffic. Off-trail terrain continues to offer variable conditions with low coverage. Keep in mind that the new snow may be concealing hazards that were exposed yesterday. Ride with care and use caution.Parking has been filling quickly at Summit West the past couple of weekends. If the lots are full, additional parking is available at Summit Central and Alpental, with shuttle buses running between base areas to keep you moving.Expect mostly cloudy skies today with occasional showers. The Goggle Mavens' top pick is a rose-gold lens for the flat light.Have a great day, see you on the hill.Wildside UpdateAll runs off the Wildside Chair should be considered "Experts Only". This includes the Cattrack off the top.Milwaukee Lodge Music SeriesThe Broken Tip Bar is going to be open on Saturdays from approximately 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with bands playing from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, regardless of operations for skiing and riding. Come hang out, listen to music, and enjoy your favorite spot on the mountain!https://www.summitatsnoqualmie.com/events/east-music-seriesUphill Travel UpdateUphill travel passholders can use routes at closed areas any day of the week until they reopen. Once they do, peak day and holiday blackout periods will be back in effect. You can check the website or the Summit App before you head out.Thin Cover - Use Extra CautionTake it easy out there! Coverage is still thin on the mountain. Always look ahead, moderate your speed, and watch for marked and unmarked hazards, including abrupt depressions and openings in the snowpack.
