Terrain
This BC ski area offers 5,620 feet of vertical (the greatest vertical in North America), and the longest run is 9.5 miles, dropping from the top of Mount Mackenzie (summit elevation 8,058 feet) to a bustling base village. Bottom elevation is 1,680 feet, and the resort is serviced by 5 lifts, including an 8-passenger, high-speed gondola. The lift top elevation is 7,300 feet with lift-access vertical at 5,630 feet.
The terrain includes four alpine bowls: South Bowl, North Bowl, Powder Assault and Greely Bowl. Revelstoke Mountain Resort provides 3,121 acres of skiable terrain spread out over glades, high alpine bowls, fall line skiing and groomed terrain: 12% beginner, 43% intermediate and 45% advanced. On average, the ski resort receives 413 inches per year, and there are 75 runs.
