We went up today and very thin in many areas. Very icy in spots and a little slushy. Felt like spring skiing… at the end of the season. A little treacherous. Pray for snow!

Sunday Feb. 1: went up for the afternoon shift and stayed on the MJ side. Like others have mentioned, it’s actually quite dangerous because of the amount of uncovered rocks and trees.

Skied Tuesday, 1/27. Groomers were good. Hardly any bare spots, not even particularly scrapy. Bumps were another story. Really had to watch for rocks and little trees. Still a lot not open, but generally a good day.

Still sketchy on the MJ side. Rocks and branches sticking up on the bump runs and Sleeper and MJ runs had very thin spots with dirt showing. Hughes on the WP side was fantastic.

I was up on Monday the snow was nice where the trails were open. Still really thin and not much open on the Jane side. Skied 2 hours and went home because I was bored. Sad very sad. Best option is a plane ticket.

Really fun day today. Been snowing the whole day and getting more and more powdery. Very small crowd probably because of football championship and cold weather. Some good pow in trees

I looked in my hand basket today and found Winter Park. Snowing but still bare in lots of places. Several closed lifts and terrain, as seen in this photo. Blues and blacks had rocks and trees. Left early.

Horrible. Lines at the lifts that were actually open extend way out past gates. Snowing but still bare. Crowded everywhere. Haven’t skied here in years and don’t see going back any time soon.

Nice day of skiing at Winter Park. Thin snow and rocks in spots. Roundhouse on the Jane side had good snow. Switch yard was roped off but you can get to some decent skiing by taking a left and going through a few trees.
