Super friendly staff who are very efficient and professional. The ski instructors have been great for both private and group lessons. Sometimes gets very crowded for the lift on the cricket slope if you are a complete beginner (because of so many ski lessons), so aim to get onto the mountain as fast as you can! Always really enjoy it here -- busy, but much less crowded than some other ski resorts in the area.
Well-groomed trails with enough choices to keep everyone happy
Food leaves a little to be desired

Overall a good place to go less than an hour from Albany NY. Will come again.
The beginner and intermediate runs were well groomed and challenging without putting me over my limits. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean. Wide variety of terrain.
Lift prices on the high side, and I don't understand why they even have a 4 hour ticket when it's only a couple of bucks cheaper than the 8 hour ticket.

It’s becoming more and more like a money grubbing Gestapo state. Completely empty lodge during the week and you have to lug your bag to another lodge and down the stairs to a locker area. For older people and those with younger kids this is a major inconvenience. Instead of moving forward with the logistics and customer satisfaction they are making it more and more difficult to enjoy your ski experience despite the increase in ticket prices
Great grooming sometimes they don’t groom trails after a snowfall which is AWESOME
You can’t even leave your boot bag in JJs lodge! What an inconvenience!

If I could, I would give Jiminy zero stars. My son was skiing there today and went in to eat a quick snack. When he came out his skis were stolen. He went to talk to security and they had him fill out a missing/lost ski report. I called Jiminy and asked if they had cameras to which they said yes and no they don't really work. Turns out when I called the local police department the person who answered the phone told me the same thing happened to her last year. She advised I call the State Police. After talking with them they said it happens a lot at Jiminy. He wasn't surprised. I would highly recommend you don't ski here. There's a good chance you'll have your stuff stolen. I've been skiing over 30 years all around the Northeast and never had anything stolen. So disappointed in Jiminy, don't ski here. Ski gear isn't cheap and they obviously don't care about the security of their guests.

Love this place
Great starter or intermediate mountain. Great views with cool windmills in the distance too
Not enough trails for experts? I don't go on black anyway so I don't know

For a smallish mountain, it has a big mountain feel. If all terrain and lifts are open, you will have a great ski day. If the left side upper lifts are closed, the lines will be a problem. I skied with my three teens that are used to bigger mountains and they were impressed. Some really nice runs for advanced skiers, like Jericho. Downside is parking. They have a valet service that takes up the upper lots. It’s a long walk from the lower lots!. The lessons and programs for young kids are very good, according to some fellow lift riders. Oh, yes, the big lift is a six seat chair! Friendly resort.
Great skiing for Massachusetts
Can seem crowded if all lifts aren’t running

This is a great place to come especially if you are learning how to ski or if you are right above that level. There are several trails that are great for learning.
Great Atmosphere

I've skied at Jiminy a lot over the past 20 years or so and they usually do a pretty good job. I went there this past week and considering the weather, the snow was okay. The food on the other hand - they have changed there menu, which I thought would be a nice change. I ordered a chicken parm (new menu item) and it was REALLY poor. It a couple chicken fingers, on a white bread roll, a little marina sauce and un-melted cheese. All this for only $14.00. If you go, bring your own food.
It wasn't crowded.
Snow - fair. Food - TERRIBLE
