Mount Bohemia Trail Map
Mount Bohemia’s terrain is unapologetically wild. With 650 acres of skiable terrain and a vertical drop of 900 feet, the mountain is built for expert skiers who crave steep, ungroomed lines. The resort’s two lifts—Triple Chair and Double Chair—serve 105 trails that wind through glades, ridgelines, and natural chutes. There’s no snowmaking and no grooming, so every run is dictated by the weather and your ability to read the mountain.
The Front Side offers the most direct access to steep terrain. Trails like Boho Boulevard and Widowmaker drop straight from the summit, with tight trees and natural features that demand precision. This area is ideal for warming up before venturing deeper into the mountain’s more remote zones.
The Extreme Backcountry zone is where Mount Bohemia earns its reputation. Accessible via the Triple Chair and a short hike, this area includes runs like Outer Limits and Haunted Valley. Expect deep powder, cliff bands, and narrow chutes. It’s not patrolled, so avalanche gear and experience are strongly recommended.
The Middle Earth section is a favorite for tree skiing. Runs like Ents and Orcs weave through dense forest with rolling terrain and hidden stashes. It’s quieter than the Front Side and offers a more immersive experience for those who enjoy navigating natural obstacles.
While Mount Bohemia isn’t designed for beginners, there are a few low-angle trails near the base, such as Easy Street and Bunny Hill, which are suitable for warm-ups or mixed-ability groups. These areas are served by the Double Chair and offer a chance to regroup before heading back into the steeps.
There are no terrain parks at Mount Bohemia, but that’s by design. The mountain itself is the park—natural drops, rock features, and powder pillows provide all the freestyle opportunity you need. If you’re looking for rails and jumps, this isn’t the place. But if you want to earn every turn, it’s unmatched.
