First time I have stayed in a Hotel and maintenance employees harassed us. The bed was not completely constructed and fell apart. There were no chairs in the room and maintenance crew were housed in our wing. Hill workers great, management tries and maintenance needs to be replaced. Make sure that’s done before you book.

Under new management. Absolutely the worst stay, in quite awhile. I’ve never seen a place treat their employees the way they did why I was staying there. Remember the way to treat your people, definitely shows others how much integrity you have as an organization.

This is definitely a beginner mountain. That being said, I really enjoy a lot of the runs. If you go out west then come here it will seem boring. But if compared to other local ski areas, like Nordic or Brule, I thinks its great. Prices are good. Restaurant is good. People are friendly. Rented condo. It was nice. Not that we watched TV, but they have lots of channels. I didn't see a real terrain park, just a couple jumps, but it is end of season. They had 2 mogul runs. This is not Keystone or Breckenridge, but good times are there to be had. Also saw great band on Saturday night, JAB. Great band. Thanks for great weekend to staff and band. Everyone was so friendly.

My wife, 2 children, and I spend alot of time at Pine Mountain. It is a great place for skiiers of all skill levels. The staff has become a part of our family. Great job!
My family and I had yet another great visit to Pine Mountain this past weekend. We were able to get our hands on some of the ValPak coupons this time ($15 lift tickets and the kids still ski free). I was happy to see all of the same faces from last year. Everyone was very helpful throughout the resort as usual. Glad to see Pine mountain is still on the up and up. I haven't been hearing good reviews from other hills in the area.
Thank you Pine Mountain, can't wait to come back in a few weeks.

My first and only trip to Pine Mountain was a failure. I nearly fell asleep while I was skiing down, because it was so boring. The mountain has a very weak vertical. I couldn't find even one somewhat challenging run. There are plenty of easy runs for beginners but they are short. I wouldnt say this is a good family resort, because they only have easy runs. The only thing they can offer is cheap prices and thats because that is the only way they can get people to come. They also have a okay lodge and hotel, but I went to ski not sleep all day. Overall, a real boring ski resort.
Our weekend at Pine Mountain was a great weekend getaway for me and my fiancee. It was our second annual trip, and I also skied there when I was a kid with my family. I recommend it for anyone looking for a weekend out of the City, and on the slopes.
We rented a ski-in/ski-out condo on the hill which was literally foot steps from a chairlift. Our chailift operator was super friendly. Our condo was spacious and clean with a deck that over looked the hill which we used to enjoy the late afternoon sun and watch our kids ski/board. The morning skiing was excellent, well groomed and lots of runs to choose from. Pine Mountain Resort was a great find, we had never been there before and our family had a great time, very affordable, and we look forward to going again next winter.
Two families drove up from Milwaukee (only 3 1/2 hour car ride), 7 teenagers between us. We rented 2 condos which suited our space needs perfectly. Price was right - it was an affordable weekend ski trip. Everyone loved the food! Kids loved the terrain park to practice their board jumps. It was fun to watch the jumpers as we rode up the chairlift. Every employee was super friendly, especially the lift operators who were really enjoying their job.
Highly recommended. We drove up from Chicago for a family weekend (2 & 4-year old boys) and it was great! We are beginners, so the friendly staff, experienced and patient instructors, and restaurant were important to us. Tons to do, including a nice pool, various places to relax and eat, and a room for kid arcade. The slopes were inviting, but as we were taking beginner snowboarding lessons, we didn't get up there--yet. We'll be back and I'm really looking forward to exploring. I heard they also have great golf.
