Snow Reporter Comments: 7:15 AM Update: Expect a delayed opening in the Midway Terrain Park due to mechanical issues. It’s shaping up to be an awesome vacation weekend here at the Woods, with great snow conditions and what looks to be clear skies this afternoon! Our top-rated grooming team was out last night, working in the fresh snow and crafting a smooth surface for today. Our natural trails are skiing and riding beautifully, with packed powder conditions and the best coverage of the season. Don’t forget to visit Stickney's Cabin and the Telegraph T-Bar over on Mount Stickney! The Ticket Window, Pass and Guest Service desks, and Equipment rentals in the Base Lodge will be open from 7am-4pm. Other Base Lodge services include the Tune Shop 8am-4pm, Tree Top Retail 7:30am-4pm and Nash's Logo Wear 10am-5pm. The terrain park on Upper Bretton's Wood is open with a variety of sweet rails and tabletop jumps. Skies will be mostly cloudy this morning, before giving way to mainly sunny skies by the afternoon. Clouds will likely return in the evening, bringing a chance for snow showers or flurries overnight. Temps will begin in the single digits in the morning, before rising to the mid-20s at the base and the mid-teens at the summit. Winds will be blowing at 5-10 mph NW at base elevation and 8-13 mph SW at the summit.
