The Bretton Woods Ski Resort is New Hampshire's largest ski area boasting 464 acres of the&nbsp;best downhill skiing and lessons&nbsp;around. For multiple years in a row, Bretton Woods has been named #1 in the East for best grooming lifts, and #2 Top Overall Ski Resort by Ski Magazine in 2022/2023 season. Our Skyway Gondola passes breathtaking views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range on the way up to the summit&rsquo;s impressive Rosebrook Lodge and the start to an amazing day on the slopes. The resort is home to an extensive trail system connected by updated chairlifts and snow making&nbsp;infrastructure, with snow-making capabilities on 92% of terrain.

Comprised of a 200-guest room historic grand hotel, a 34-guest room country inn, and a 50- room contemporary lodge all in Bretton Woods. One- to five-bedroom townhomes also available.

Bretton Woods features 102 trails and glades serviced by 10 lifts spread across 464 acres of skier and rider accessible terrain. For alpine skiers and snowboarders, it offers a vertical drop of 1,500 feet and an annual snowfall of 200+ inches with 92% snowmaking ability.
As one of the only resorts to provide lift serviced Nordic terrain, Bretton Woods hosts 103 km of Nordic terrain with increased accessibility to high-country terrain on Mount Stickney. Freestyle skiers and snowboarders will find four progressive terrain parks to practice their progressions.

Bretton Woods Ski Area and the Omni Mount Washington Hotel are centrally located in the heart of New Hampshire&rsquo;s White Mountains. Dining varies from four-course, elegant dining to several options for a more family-friendly casual experience, with dozens of off-site options nearby. The 1,200 acre resort is surrounded by 18,000 square acres of White Mountain National Forest.
Our winter activities range from skiing and snowboarding to Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, and sleigh rides.
