Reviews

Jen

I was shocked to read about the parking issues in another review. We were there on Presidents’ Weekend and fully expected a complete zoo. We rolled in at 10:30am. The rental line was long (we didn’t rent)and the main lot was full, but the lot across the street was barely half full. I dropped the family and gear and we were booted up and on the lifts before 11. Minimal lines at all the dining areas (10 min max at the main cafeteria during lunch on Presidents’ Day). We had a blast. Lines were way shorter than we expected. We choose Pat’s Peak specifically because they require reservations and the mountain doesn’t overcrowd. FWIW the snow pack is fairly light and if you have not been there and have short young skiers, the lifts require a bit more practice and adult help than some of the other resorts. My short 5 year old can get on/off lifts no problem but she was physically too short for a few of them and needed to jump/get a boost from a parent.
