7” of fresh but in many places feels more like 12, summit is open and awesome, honeycomb still closed, another foot on the way

The snow was mostly packed powder. It snowed but not enough to make a difference, just made it low vis. Some good pockets if you know where to find it (Honeycomb). Powderhorn gates are still kinda low coverage which was disappointing.

Solitude was a delightful experience today. No lift lines, and some uncrowded trails plus the light snowfall created a beautiful winter landscape, enhancing the atmosphere on the slopes.
Overall, a good day for skiing!

Arrived at 2p Friday after bailing out of DV at 1p. First time to Solitude. Definitely better snow at Solitude but still very thin cover on most steeps and pretty scratchy on blues. Fun mountain with a lot of advanced terrain. Will be back when there is more snow.
