Winter wonderland. Braved the blizzard and traveled over the mountains through John Denvers country roads to make it to Snowshoe. Blizzard winds on top, calm peaceful skiing in the basin. Fresh snow. Skied a "semi" closed trail to hit shin deep east coast powder. Loved every min of it. Downside not ...

For early December base is looking great, not a tone open unless your ducking. I imagine they can get a lot open the next couple weekends. Cold enough to keep blowers going, shaping up to be a good season!

Dunno why I’m writing this on the last day of the season, but Snowshoe closing out strong with a pretty deep base, little to no snow/dirt mixing. Firm and edge able in the AM and softening up by mid-morning and for the last chair of the season. 90% groomed overnight. Western Territory was beautiful...

what a disaster. they closed soaring eagle and ballhooter and the lift lines were 20 minutes long. i wish i took a picture. snow was slushy and icy. trail reports not accurate. not worth the money.
