Summer Experience Guide

While Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is known for it's world-class skiing, winter adventures, and snowy landscapes, it's just as incredible during the summer. The Jackson Hole Aerial Tram, featuring sweeping 360-degree views, is the gateway for many of its best summer adventures like hiking, trail running, and the world-famous gourmet waffles of Corbet's Cabin. But that’s just the beginning of the great summer activities at Jackson Hole.

For those craving the adrenaline that skiing affords, the Jackson Hole Bike Park scratches that adventurous itch. Glide over tabletops, flow around tight corners, and catch some air before getting back on the Teewinot Chairlift or Sweetwater Gondola for a quick ride back to the top. Mountain bikers of all ability levels are welcome. There are even lessons and camps for those who are just starting out. For those who really want to get their adrenaline pumping, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s Via Ferrata will do just that. Join the resort’s expert guides for a high alpine journey up dramatic rock faces and over hanging bridges with stunning views.

If you’re after adventure on the lighter side, ride the aerial tram or gondola up to access hiking trails high above the valley floor. Hike through wildflower-covered fields and amidst rugged mountain terrain as you take in the beautiful views of Jackson Hole. Afterward, reward yourself with food and drinks at Piste Mountain Bistro, The Deck, or Off-Piste.
