Skiied Thursday and Friday. Thursday was wonderful snowed all day and no lines. Friday should have and would have been the perfect day, fresh powder, bluebird, but only 3 lifts open so incredibly massive lines all day. Apparently mechanical issues and not wind. I would not recommend going to Sunday river. It was terrible do NOT come here. Go to like Stowe.

It was dumping and firing on all cylinders today at Sunday River. Over a foot of fresh snow fell so far. It went up to my knees at one point and I’m 5’11”. Snow is sugar: hard crystals not wet or dusty. Good thing there was no wind and it was not that cold. Ungroomed fresh pow was an absolute b...
