Snow Reporter Comments: 2,100 Vertical Feet + 2 Peaks We're gearing up for Friday on the mountain. Warm temperatures continue to be in the forecast, and the snow will remain soft and rippable across two peaks. There are three lifts scheduled to spin, giving you access to over 140 acres of terrain. Expect to find corduroy on some open terrain in the morning, the grooming team will head out on the slopes overnight to smooth things out. Warm temperatures and soft snow make for a fun day on the slopes, but be advised that late season conditions exist. Unmarked hazards or obstacles may appear throughout the day, be sure to ski and ride with caution. The status of open terrain can change at any time, check back here for updates. Loon Mountain ski resort is located in Lincoln, New Hampshire, within the scenic White Mountain National Forest. The ski area is within a two-hour drive of Boston and Manchester and a four-hour drive from Providence.
