Snow Reporter Comments: February 19th, 1:22 PMGood afternoon riders and skiers! Today has been filled with blue skies and beautiful conditions, softening as the day warms, and with fresh snow expected this weekend, we’re looking at a promising refresh on the horizon. The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies and comfortable temps to be in the low-to-mid 30s at the base and low-to-mid 20s at the summit. Tomorrow brings more of the same mild temperatures, with conditions starting out firm before softening as the day goes on. Plus, snow is on the way! Snow showers are expected tomorrow afternoon and will continue into the evening, potentially delivering 4 inches or more. And that’s not all, snow showers will linger all the way into Saturday evening, adding a few more inches on top! Tomorrow we’ll be getting down on 484 skiable acres, served by 16 lifts, with 111 open trails and 60 freshly groomed runs including, fan favorites like Spring Fling, Jester and Northstar. You can look forward to machine groomed and frozen granular conditions across the mountain today. We are in holiday hours through February 22nd, with GMX, Super Bravo, and Heaven's Gate all getting the party started, loading at 8:00 AM. All other scheduled lifts open at 9:00 AM, with the exception of Slide Brook, which will be opening at 10:00 AM tomorrow. Loading for Slide Brook closes promptly at 3:15 PM, so please plan your return accordingly. Nobody does it like the Sugarbush Parks crew. They’re serving up freestyle fun in every direction. At Mt. Ellen, you’ll find more than 94 features on Riemergasse and another 28 on Sugar Run, all serviced by the iconic Sunny Quad. At Lincoln Peak, Slowpoke has 18 flowy features, and Sugarbear Forest is home to 7 more. Inverness and Brambles will be reserved for race training today and tomorrow, but Brambles will reopen to the public at 12:30 PM.  Our events lineup is stacked through this week.  We've got the Ninety-Pounds rucksack challenge going down at Mt Ellen tonight.
