Snow Reporter Comments: January 13th, 1:21 PMGood afternoon riders and skiers! Overnight flurries sprinkled a dusting of snow at mid mountain and above leaving our season snowfall total at 106 inches.  Today the forecast calls for partly sunny skies with rising temperatures settling at a comfortable mid 20s at the summit and mid-to-low 30s at the base. Tomorrow temps will rise into the upper 20's at the summit and the mid to upper 30's at the base. Look forward to top-tier groomers for your carving appetite and variable conditions on natural terrain. Snowmaking will be on pause until Thursday night when temps cooperate.We will be getting down on 478 skiable acres served by 11 lifts and 109 open trails, 35 of which received fresh grooming overnight. Castlerock and North Lynx lifts will be spinning today from 9:00 AM - 3:45 PM. All natural terrain is suggested for experts only, as base coverage has become thin and conditions are variable. Check out Gate House terrain for some mellow and easy-going groomers, perfect for the kiddos, beginners, or anyone looking for a good time.Operations have moved to weekday hours, meaning GMX will kick things off, loading at 8:00 AM, followed by all other scheduled lifts at 9:00 AM. Sugarbush offers freestyle fun for all levels! At Mt. Ellen you'll find over 100 of the finest features on the East Coast located on Riemergasse and Sugar Run serviced by the one and only Sunny Quad. While Lincoln Peak is home to two mini parks featuring 12 creative elements, including newly installed side hits on Slowpoke. The trail Inverness will be reserved for race training today.Play Blizzard Bingo all month long! As a part of NSAA Safety Month, you can play and learn across Sugarbush this January.
