Breckenridge’s expansive terrain is spread across five peaks, each offering a unique skiing and snowboarding experience. Peak 9 is the go-to area for beginners and families, featuring gentle green runs and beginner-friendly lifts. Skiers can also take advantage of the resort’s renowned ski school programs based here. Intermediate skiers will love Peak 7 and Peak 8, where long blue cruisers wind down the mountain, providing thrilling yet accessible runs for a more relaxed experience.
Advanced and expert skiers flock to Peak 10 for its steep black diamond runs, including the famous double black mogul run “The Burn.” Peak 6, the newest addition to Breckenridge’s terrain, offers a mix of high-alpine bowls and wide-open runs, perfect for more adventurous skiers. The Imperial Express SuperChair on Peak 8, the highest lift in North America, provides access to challenging bowls, expert terrain, and stunning views.
Breckenridge also has an impressive terrain park scene, with multiple parks across the resort catering to all skill levels. From the easy features in the beginner-friendly Park Lane to the advanced jumps and rails in Freeway Terrain Park, freestyle skiers and snowboarders will find endless opportunities to test their skills.
