Snow Reporter Comments: Today at Temple Basin 20 August 2026 — Temple Basin is open today! Phat cover in Downhill and plenty in Upper Bills to explore, with a high of 4°C expected — the sun should soften things up nicely this afternoon for a spring corn harvest. The Downhill Lift is running, along with the Goods Lift (used to carry gear and supplies up the mountain rather than skiers). Cassidy Lift and Temple Lift are both closed today. Take care on the walking track in the early morning — the section between the lodge and the Twin Creek Bridge is icy. Track access and the road up are both open, though chains must be carried.
