Inside Scoop

Reviews

Wintergreen has some real nice trails for the experienced skiers and boarders. For a beginner, you can only be in the tiny training area if you are in a lesson. They have the terrain park on top of the beginner hill, so the guys that use the park, zoom down to grab the lift at the bottom making it rather dangerous for collisions. If you can ski intermediate hills, you will be fine skiing there. They don't allow motorcycles on the resort either. Hard to believe they don't want the business from the hundreds of bike that travel the Blue Ridge Parkway each day during the warmer season.
