Manganui Ski Field is perched on the eastern slopes of Mt. Taranaki in New Zealand’s North Island, offering a unique alpine experience within Egmont National Park. With a base elevation of 1,260 meters and a summit reaching 1,680 meters, the field receives an average of 254 cm of natural snowfall each season. The resort spans 59 hectares (146 acres), featuring 17 trails accessed by 5 surface lifts, including rope tows and a T-bar. A vertical drop of 420 meters delivers a compact but rewarding descent across volcanic terrain.The trail breakdown includes 12% beginner, 29% intermediate, 35% advanced, and 24% expert runs.
